He was studied and worked extensively in his native Australia, and in the USA and Canada. He has spoken for and worked with audiences & clients in diverse countries around the globe, navigating complex differences in cultures and needs.

Why Peter?
Peter McLean has spent almost 40 years travelling and learning the secrets of great leaders and high performers. We know: He doesn't look that old!
Peter worked with the best in the world to become an expert at helping others to lead, grow and succeed as individuals and in their organisations. He has studied and worked in everything from psychology to education to business, IT and strategy, including undertaking his PhD studies in the development of high-performance expertise.
His clients have called him a miracle-worker.
Name the industry, he's been there! He uses that deep level of expertise and experience as part of his magic to help companies and leaders in all situations to grow.
Along the way, he even studied classical voice and once sank a riding lawnmower in a Texas lake, but that’s a story for another time.
He has an incredibly brilliant wife and 2 high-achieving daughters, plus a third daughter who is profoundly disabled who teaches their whole family the real purpose of great leadership every single day.
Using the principles he shares in his inspiring Keynotes, he has personally led amazing company and culture turnarounds in dire circumstances.
